As our future Business Controller, you will support the day-to-day financial management of our operational business through analysis, reporting and financial insight. Your focus will be on managing financial performance and supporting commercial decision-making as well as operational financial reporting and business analysis.
You will work closely not only with the Group Control team, but also with the wider Finance department, internal stakeholders such as TCM and Trading, and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a broad and impactful role that can be shaped around your expertise, strengths, and interests.

You enjoy working with financial data, creating insights, sharing your findings and building relationships across the organization. You are comfortable in a changing environment and bring resilience and adaptability to your work.
Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, forecasts, budgets, and business analyses
- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management
- Contribute to covenant management and related financial follow-up
- Manage recurring reporting tasks and ad hoc tasks in a fast-moving business environment
- Depending on your experience and interests, support trading-related reporting
We are looking for:
A relevant academic background, such as a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering
Around 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, business control, financial analysis, or a related field
An analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Think-Cell and Grunt is an advantage
Full working proficiency in English and Finnish
Additional assets:
- Experience or genuine interest in the energy sector is considered an advantage
- International work experience
