As our future Financial Analyst, you will support the team in project M&A transactions and investment preparations by delivering high-quality financial and market analyses, supporting decision making and coordinating due diligence processes.
In this role, your responsibilities will extend beyond the M&A and Investments team, as you will collaborate closely with the wider Finance department, as well as various internal and external stakeholders. The position offers you the chance to participate in diverse financial operations within the organization and contribute to variety of projects.
You are the person we are looking for if you have a proactive and analytical mindset, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy diving into financial data, generating insights and sharing your findings, as well as building relationships with different stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a changing environment, and you bring resilience and adaptability to your work. Previous professional experience in fields such as investment banking or financial consultancy, together with a relevant academic background, is expected. International work experience is not required but is highly appreciated.
What will you do?
Support the team in M&A transactions and investment preparations
Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses
Conduct market, industry, and company research
Assist in back-end work related to existing debt financing and shareholder reporting
We are looking for:
A strong academic record and relevant educational background, such as a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in similar tasks (e.g. Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Project Finance)
Strong financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint skills
An analytical mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player attitude
Full working proficiency in English and Finnish
Additional assets:
