The first thing you should do is update the registration of title. Ilmatar will not be notified of the change in ownership except through a notification from the new owner, so please remember to inform us about the ownership transfer.

I inherited a property that is leased to Ilmatar. Do I need to do anything?
At the same time, please provide us with the property identification number, the names of the new owner(s), addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and the bank account number where the rent should be paid. You can send this information to us via email.
NOTE! Rent is paid to only one account. If there are multiple owners of the property, the owners must decide among themselves to which account the rent will be paid.
The land lease agreement related to the property is automatically transferred to the new owner along with the property.
