The projects’ EIA programme and the participation and assessment scheme (PAS) for the zoning process were available for public review from 30 August to 28 September 2023. The coordinating authority’s statement on the EIA programme was issued on 10 November 2023.
Preparation of the projects’ EIA report and the draft zoning plan is currently underway. The aim is for both the EIA report and the draft zoning materials to be made available for public review during 2027.

Permit confirmed for Ilmatar’s Persköp solar park in Sweden
On 24 October 2024, the County Administrative Board of Skåne granted Ilmatar an environmental permit for a large-scale solar power park in Sweden. The decision was appealed; however, the appeal was dismissed by the Land and Environment Court on 2 February 2026. The permit has therefore entered into legal force.
