Land lease negotiations were held with interested landowners in 2022-2023, after which discussions were initiated with the City of Kouvola and other authorities on the implementation of the projects.
The Takamaa project aims to progress to licensing during the end of 2024. Construction could start in 2026, with an initial date for commercial production in 2027.
